Reason for PK: Basically I was put on PK Active by wickers or Emperor Yesterday For a Raid on PD I went to raid didn't Die Came Back I Had to bed got on today accidentally hit an officer driving slowly with my car and knocked him down his partner had his weapon ready and shot right as I was about to say, my bad officer 

Why should you be unPK'd?: i should be UnPK'D because During the Time had No idea i was PK active or how to remove it and the cops Shot me For No Reason as i was about to get out the car to put my hands up during that situation and thought that they have removed me off PK active from the Raid Yesterday and i just want to get my character back i had no knowledge on how to get the PK removed during the time

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: N/A

Hi Zuriel

Thanks for writing this appeal.
I have 2 points here.

1.
You were clearly told with everyone else that when you flee from the PD raid, you have to create a ticket after 15mins to toggle the PK active.
Your fellow raider Bob Marley has done so, you have not.

2.
The PK in this case is completely valid.
You ran over a cop who tried pulling you over, initiating a violent confrontation in which your death would mean a PK.
The argoument that you were about to surrender is invalid, as the violent confrontation was already initiated.
Also there cannot be a log found of you stepping out of the vehicle or attempting fo F7 (surrender) at all.

In my opinion this PK is valid and should stand-
It is up to UA now to accept this or not.

It was clearly stated multiple times. Your friend who was with you heard it and obviously did so.

Nevertheless, it is still a valid PK that killed you, due to the circumstances.

I get what you're saying and I'm not trying to argue with you but it was accidental when I hit the officer going slowly cause they were running up to my car to ask me something I slowed down and the officer ran in front of my car his partner should not have instantly shot me just for that I would've said My bad officer and he would ask me what he had to ask. and I was probably in my head when you guys were talking about the PK being active Cause I had to do something my bad if I didn't Hear what you said initiating a violent confrontation with the police can lead to a PK accidentally bumping into someone with your car and they get knocked down and stopping my car right after hitting him isn't a violent confrontation if I hit the officer and ran him over and killed him I would understand the officer shooting and the PK and accept it but in my case it's different. I didn't mean to say I ran over a cop in the first Post i accidentally hit him and he fell over think you might have got it wrong thats a my bad on my part i should not be Pked For accidentally hitting someone with my car
