Organization Backstory (Min. of 250+ Words & any images): The 13th street mob was founded in the early 80s in New York, Ying Fao and his group of ruffians, all races, shapes, and sizes began spreading terror on the streets due to Ying's father, Saiski, being brutally shot to death by unknown men, his mother, now a widow, wasn't able to support Ying by herself, the cards on the table left him no other choice but to turn to hustling and support himself along with the 13 street mob.

Faction owner really shouldn't be applying for a faction with low playtime like that. Neither should his intents be "to get shipments". Then also reply in a passive aggressive way when his hours are brought up.
