Setup a New Junk Vendor [Simple and Needed]

Setup a new NPC to sell junk items to. Civilians already have a criminally hard time making money legally, the only junk I've been able to sell is the radiator to the electronics NPC. There are many items such as the "Bust", "Old TV", "Old Radio" that literally have no use in-game right now. In addition, when you collect junk you can get casette tapes that are also not sellable.

All of these items misleadingly notify the player that they can be sold at a junk vendor. The people that have tried to grind money as civilians know it is difficult and this is something that would be a relatively easy fix. Just would need to add the items to the electronics, hardware, or crackhead NPC with decent prices for sale.

Realistically. We had to remake the electronic store NPCs when adding new Cassettes and forgot to set the junk items back to them.

I'll fix that soon. In the meantime you can also sell junk to the Kwik Kash faction who run the Jewellery store.

Cassette tapes will remain non sellable however.
