What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * I've had fun playing the server, so I want to contribute. I would like to assist the staff team who aren't online around that time since I am also in the european time zones and don't see many staff get on. The staff team has a lot of cool people, and I think working with them would be beneficial for me. I believe this community to be the best ones I've ever been a part of overall. It's great for getting away from irl shit, and by helping the people, I want to keep that spirit alive and thriving in the community.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I'm committed to achieving whatever objective that is set before me. I have the impression that I could relate to the other minges and reach an amicable agreement. I'm sociable and have a wonderful personality. I have plenty of free time to devote to staffing. I enjoy assisting others in understanding how things work.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Legion studios star warsRP around 3 months
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: RDM,LTAP shot a cop when i first got a gun on the server and left moments after
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * i'd say i am quite well known in the community i mostly hang out with the italians ingame and in discord and try and not to step on anybodys toes.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would therefore go on duty if I am currently off duty and applicable to the situation. Take the ticket, assess the situation by gathering both sides, and then obtain logs to determine what is proven by which. In the event that a He-Say-She-Say argument arises, I will first request supporting evidence before moving forward. If the logs are sufficient to establish who violated which rules, I shall discipline those individuals in accordance with the applicable penalty standards. However, if i were to be RDM'd and off duty, I will open a ticket for another staff member to handle it and take a clip of it to ensure that I am not biased. get it dealt with just like as if I was any other normal member of the community.
[b]You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would collect evidence of the abuse and submit it to UA for review and if that isn't enough evidence i would tell somebody higher ranking than me to overlook them if possible.[/b]
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: [b]Naturally, I would want to get another staff to handle the case since I would not want to take a sit that appeared to be prejudiced in any manner. Regardless of the circumstance, if I were the only staff member present, I would analyze the supporting documentation provided by those who reported the player and discipline them in accordance with the server's regulations. I don't really want them as a friend if they get butthurt because of a video game when they were at fault.[/b]
