What is your motivation/reason for applying?: My reason for applying to staff is because of the great community. I want to be a great moderator for this server and help people out whether it's in their tickets or in general situations. I believe this server is a great place to learn the ropes of being a staff member for a community. I believe Pendred is a great server owner and it would be incredible to work under him and under all other higher ups. I want to keep this position for a long time and retire when I see fit; I want to be a great staff member. This server is enjoyable and it deserves all of it's players.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I believe I should be considered over other candidates because I am a like-minded individual when it comes to certain circumstances. I am visionary and can create events lasting for hours and ending whenever. I plan on dumping a lot of time into this server and I have enjoyed what time I have played so far. Whether I am part of the mafia or the PD, they treat me like any other player. I know I keep saying this but I enjoy playing and the server deserves the amount of players it gets.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): None.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I don't think I'm very well known to be honest. I would like to believe my reputation is good and if not, I want to be able to change that. To be honest, I want to become a staff member for this server because of it's community. I enjoy playing on this server and plan on dumping a lot of time on it. The staff are great and I want to be part of that team.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would go onto my staff character and grab their steam ID, I would then use the kill logs to see if they really did RDM and if they did, I would warn them and put a note on them.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I take it up with UA. If it is UA abusing then I take it up with the community manager or pendred.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: It really doesn't change anything, I would treat them like anyone else. I would check the kill logs and warn them and put a note on them if they did in fact RDM.
