What is your motivation/reason for applying?:
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: My past experience on GMOD servers is much larger than most. As a member of the Icefuse staff team I reached the position of DOP. This position required me to overview any and all members of the staff team as well as directly handling reports within the player base. My unique and extensive experience is well above almost anyone currently playing gmod.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long):
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?:

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:
I am well known within the prometheus community and I am currently working towards becoming a more mainstream name within the Diverge community. I belong to the new family created by Tower and Blake and have a decent position within it. I am currently working with them to improve the family as a whole and in the process grow my own reputation. I have no bad issues with other members though and there should be no issues that sprout up during my time on the staff team. In terms of past staff from other servers, I was well received on prometheus and icefuse and have good support and backing from those on them.

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If I am not involved then switch characters to my staff character and bring them to a sit. If I am involved then request another admin to bring us to a sit to have it dealt with.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would make a member of UA aware of the situation and provide any relevant proof.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: If I have an inherent bias then I will make another staff member aware so they can handle it without any friendship bias.
