Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I apologize to the staff and Rem for insulting them. Rem was just doing their job and I called the staff team shit which I never meant as every encounter I have had with staff has been very helpful.

Why should you be unbanned? I do agree a ban should have been issued because I clearly didn't take the sign to stop misusing advertisements after Rem muted me and multiple other people for 5 - 10 minutes. But I don't think it should have been a permanent one and my 0 prior offenses should have been accounted for before I was banned.
