Reason for PK: Item Transfer

Why should you be unPK'd?
I believe I should be unPK'd for a few reasons (This is NOT a dispute this is an apology). I am well aware of the rule regarding item transferring, and many of my friends had told me in the past that it only applies if it is for personal gain. However during a sit with the admin Boom he informed me otherwise and rightfully PK'd my characters and banned me. Reflecting on the situation I now realize that I made an extremely stupid decision (REALLY STUPID). I should have never even considered that me transferring items in any way would be acceptable and CLEARLY this shows my ignorance regarding the rule. The only reason I am appealing this player kill is because I genuinely enjoy playing on this server and I would have never engaged in item transferring for a business if I had any doubts about me breaking the rule. I want to note that my character has significant progress with over 3 million in assets and 1 million in cash. Additionally my character owns a legally established enterprise and holds the position of CEO in a legitimate political party. I Aswell currently have a faction application posted that was created with the help of several individuals. My motivation for appealing this PK is for the sake of my friends and employees who have contributed my character Davey. They do not deserve to lose all their hard work due to me being an idiot. I understand that Boom was just carrying out his responsibilities and had every right to PK my characters and ban me. Therefore I am begging for a second chance for my character. I assure you that I will never do anything against the rules again. I have invested countless hours in building up my character Davey by grinding cash, hiring individuals, establishing a political party, and even creating a multimillion-dollar enterprise. I am genuinely willing to do anything for my character to be unbanned. I apologize once again for letting everyone down especially the staff team. Thank you for taking the time to read my appeal. (To provide some context I have another well established character who is part of a crime family and has access to a gun racket. In this situation I transferred six weapons (four Mac 11s and two rifles) to benefit a civilian gun business connected to my main character, Davey. Once again I deeply regret my decision.)

RULE BROKEN: Likewise you may not transfer money or items between any of your characters in anyway. Nor are you allowed to act as the middleman for someone else's item or money transfer. Transferring items or money between two of your characters is not permitted under any circumstance.

How could you not argue that item transferring from your crime character into your own business is not personal gain? Even so Under Character rules, rule 8 states: Likewise you may not transfer money or items between any of your characters in anyway. Nor are you allowed to act as the middleman for someone else's item or money transfer. Transferring items or money between two of your characters is not permitted under any circumstance. I would advise to read the rules as they are laid out rather than taking friends advice.

Yep this is a very big fuck up on my part and I should have been more aware of the rule. Once again I apologize. Thank you for the feedback!

The only argument I can even say I've thought of is stupid, but that the business the guns where for is simply for publicity and all the profits are deposited into a joint account for my Management to use for hiring employees.

Again, this was a choice you made and it clearly was trying to circumvent the rules. You’ve been around the server enough now to know the rules.

I honestly am like still asking myself why I did it in the first place man and I don't even know what to say. I understand the chances of this getting accepted are low but I swear I wont break the rules again and id be willing to put all of my progress on the line and you can personally community ban me if I break anymore rules.
