Why should you be unbanned? Ill start from the beginning of the "gang war", Since the Pharmacy is owned by a certain cartel that is a enemy to the Lucchese Crime family. So how it started is that i stumbled upon the pharmacy being guarded by pd and a couple guys with guns. A dispute started at the pharmacy from my undertsanding  and the guy i killed and his buddys  went to the gun store. Once the coast was clear i killed him in the gun store. Now Considering this guy was guarding a enemy factions base, It should be safe to say i can kill him because he is affiliated with the faction if he is working with them. Plus he has a gun which can also kill me, if he was guarding in the pharmacy with a gun i would still have shot him, Like this guy is working with them. It dosent make sense why if your gaurding a enemy base and your not with them(in their faction), and you still aiming guns at people, i should be able to shoot you. From what ive heard the kids faction doesnt exist anymore 
also forgot to mention that some people are making civ characters and baiting people to kill them

That was being Roleplayed as a safehouse with a shit load of civilians and police there. Him open carrying during a war and being at a safehouse hiding from the random killings happening around the city is not unjustifiable, and does not warrant him getting shot. If you had attacked the pharmacy despite the security and accidentally killed a civilian in the process, it would have been much more realistic and understandable. But following a random guy out of a safehouse who has no clear ties to said safehouse other than being present is a matter of you took a guess. It was a risky move, and it didn't pay off.

I was the guy who got rdmd and I legit got killed at the safehouse then respawned at the hospital, after I respawned I made my way to the gun store to get some ammo there I was met with this retard who decided to kill me IN front of 3 NPCs, a couple cops, and like 5 people. I also never entered the safehouse and wasn't affiliated I was simply following the police around and helping them keep the peace. Honestly this is a low quality player who seems a bit special. /me spits

ahh yes, standing in front of a business you know is at war is a smart idea, why dont you just join the police department if you want to help them, Like your affiliating yourself with them
