Hi, No. I kicked you out of the sit room. See, you demanded to speak to a higher up. I was invisible in the room, so I popped out and informed you that I'm not going to overrule his decision and you can't just ask to speak to someone else whenever you don't like what's been decided. Then, you proceeded to say that you "Didn't respect him because he's just a moderator", or something to that nature. That's when I promptly booted you out of the room, because I wasn't going to sit there and let you insult this guy. Also, adding "Dipshit moderator" into your appeal post doesn't get you any points.

You're right. I did call him that, and I'm sorry. However, I didn't say that I don't respect him. I said that I don't respect his decision. Because I don't think that he has enough experience as a moderator to accurately make that decision nine times out of 10 moderators. On this server that are new. Are not. Very good at their job. But he did review my case, and I did rupologize to him in game for saying that, and he accepted my apology. Because I felt that was an overstep and that was incorrect. However, I still stand by my original judgment. And say that my. RDM note was not valid.

This was RDM. The gun was not pointed at you because of a situation between you and the player, but because you gained their attention. Due to it being a video game and needing to turn your whole body in order to see, it makes sense. This can be seen as baiting, or not even giving them a proper opportunity to surrender. Your goal as an officer is to arrest, not kill. Failing to attempting to do so first can get you punished OOCly as situations like this will be RDM. Had the guy shot at your or anything, then it would not have been RDM. "But I was alone" is also not a valid statement btw. Officers shouldn't be patrolling alone.
