Reason for PK: I flashed my gun on safety on a guy and he shot me in the back

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I was grabbing pizza and I asked the guy to back off so I could grab my pizza he asked what will I do about it, I pulled my gun out that was on safety, and put it away immediately and turned for the pizza cause he backed away, he then gunned me down, I read the rules and it states you must have a valid reason to put someone under a life threatening fear rp situation, we will not pk for small fear rp infractions that occur daily in regular gameplay.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: I'm sorry I did not have my recording device open because it Lags a lot when I do

I was not involved in the PK at all, but I want to quote a rule.

Killing Rules No. 3

"In regards to how a user is allowed to react to verbal threats.
There are two types of threats, an 'Active Threat' and a 'Idle threat'. Users may kill for an active threat but they may not kill for an idle a threat.
The difference between the two is situational but will always pertain to if the person making the threats has a weapon in their hand.
For example, someone pointing a gun at you and threatening to kill you. This is an Active threat.
Someone saying they will kill/beat you in an argument or conversation. (Unarmed, weapon on safety etc) that is an idle threat."

So technically, no PK and the person who shot him actually broke the rules if it went down as stated by Lupo.

Apparently he was banned for rdm because an admin saw it, so it was a rule break

I was not there but what i know is that the man who killed him was Faction PK active (There in the same faction). They never meet or know each other till he RDMed him. The PK was due to both sides being PK active to each other. but him RDMing as supported by staff that Banned him for it does not justify a PK. This is not his first time he RDMing and was found braking server rules on mass. The PK active was not connected to the Role play as both sides didn't even know they where PK active and was taking out of RP when he RDM him.

So when Lupa got shot he was instantly gone, but as for the guy who killed him, when he got shot he didnt die. He called in a ticket and then with this video evidence i posted then got banned for RDM and the countless PO's he has

It was an automatic PK by the system, I was unaware of him being active for pk, and he didn't know he was pk active either, so when he RDM'd me I got PK'd
