Reason for blacklist (if given): Killing myself in jail cell

Why should they be returned?: They should be returned because it has been a year since they have been removed and I have just gotten unbanned so I would like a second chance with the flags. I can promise that I will not be stupid with the pet flags again.

While I do see the flag removal was around a year ago, you were warned for VDM this day (7/19/23) Driving into the pd and running someone over. It is for this reason that I don't see you responsible yet to have your flags back.
