I have known this man for just under two years now. He has held a leadership role for the better part of those 2 years, I can say you will find no one with his dedication, no one with his work ethic, he has built the majority of documents for my factions over the span of these almost 2 years.

He is the type of leader that will put in the work and make sure it works, that wont give up on his faction.

Although we will be sad to lose him it is time for him to fly on his own.

Jay, as I know him, is a very mature and well mannered individual with the capacity to create lots of unique RP on the server. If afforded the opportunity, he will definitely take advantage and excel in the leadership role. I know this is a different idea for a faction, but Jay is very capable and I trust him to run it properly if implemented.
