Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?:
Metagaming
Using OOC means of communication to perform a PK will invalidate it / the evidence for a PK.
Using OOC terms over Mic, (Such as yelling "thats a pk, thats a pk!" After killing someone) may void the PK entirely. Remain in character at all times.
Very obvious PK bait, was on an ult char and provoked action to be taken against his own faction in order to initiate a PK scenario so he could kill us, we had no idea it was a HC of the faction we had beef with. Seems meta to me.

Not to mention the party that killed us was pretending to be with us, baiting the PK and shot us in the back.

Yort was on his character chilling and jokingly talking shit about the scots, he wasn't intentionally doing anything. The image you provided simply just shows logs of him talking shit about scots and wanting to kill scots, he wasn't persuading or baiting anyone in anyway to do anything; all Yort said is that he wanted to harm Scots on that character, especially when he says that HE (Yort) wants to PK and mug the scots. YOUR actions surprised all of us, a Capo deciding to mug? Who would risk that? What went through the thought process of risking your high ranking character by mugging in the first place? Your PK could of been EASILY avoided without YOUR actions. It wasn't a PK bait, I didn't have a gun out, nothing to be deemed as a threat, and nothing of Yort. It was YOUR call, YOUR intention, YOUR choice to pull a gun out and initiate a mug. That is YOUR fault. YOU made the mistake and made the judgement to mug, now YOU receive the consequence.

Hello sir, all I did was talk shit about my own faction jokingly. At the end of the day, YOU and VIVA initiated the mug. I didn't persuade you or even tell you nothing to do. All I said was upon my own intentions of committing my own actions, hence all the "I"s, I said in all my messages. It is your choice to initiate the mug, why would you mug in the first place as a high-ranking member? You are putting yourself at risk.

Okay, so from my perspective and the reason that I went ahead with the PK was because regardless of the circumstances before the PK, both yourself and Zlatko showed clear disregard for your own life. I'm not sure if the image really has the full weight of what you are suggesting, especially considering the post above in which you are clearly heard in a discord call together.

Even if someone is interacting with you on a different character, doesn't outright mean they are metagaming or PK baiting. The person was simply calling you guys names, you could of escalated the violence without attempting to mug the individuals.

You initiated a mugging RP, when you didn't need to - which shows disregard for your life, and it appears you used discord to initiate it, also.

You pulled a gun on your faction member on a alt and clearly threatened to kill him and pointed a gun at him (pulled a gun out) while saying ''fuck off scott or im gonna kill you'' that's some real convincing acting there m8. If thats not baiting idk what is. Only reason we performed a mug was we were 3v1 and had him heavily outnumbered as the information that you were a Scottish Don on a Gambino alt wasn't available to us. Just like how the information that we were instigating infront of the robbers den shouldn't have been available to you. How come you switched over to a alt , came over convieniently at the same time when we were talking shit to your faction members and you started jokingly telling them stuff like you said. If you claim you were not Metagaming , Yort , how did you have access to this information in the first place , do tell? Or did you just decide to switch to your alt just to bait us and get us PKED which is exactly what happened. I mean it's clear as day and you can keep denying it all you want. But the proof and the clips are all there of you instigating , pointing guns at scotts and what not. I aint really have much more to say on the matter but you can't sit here and pretend you did nothing wrong when you clearly did. Sure maybe this appeal won't work for us but at the very least you have to be punished for your bullshit. I connected to the server and then chose my Gambino alt. I wasn't on any other character prior to when I connected. I'm sure logs show this. There was no ill intention or premeditation you both falsely claim of. I was surprised that you guys even decided to mug after the fact while you both are high-ranking faction members, it's just foolish.

You keep saying I pointed my gun at that scot!! My gun was on safety in those clips! You keep claiming me of metagaming with nothing to back it up! Stop falsely accusing!

After checking logs I can confirm that Yort didn't switch characters at any point, he was on his Italian character the entire time. That being said, I understand where you are coming from in regards to Yort giving out threats to the scottish guy and then killing you both in the mugging gone wrong, there is no bias here. I'm going off the evidence put in front of me, so give us some time and we will look at everything and figure it out.

But please bare in mind, that this only got violent because a mugging was initiated, which we have clear evidence was initiated by metagame.
