Why should you be unbanned?
I was banned after retaliating against Jordan Moretti for aiming a gun and shooting at my faction member because he got spat on. He didn't KILL my faction member but a gun was definitely aimed at and shot over the spitting[Actually watching the clip, I think he killed the wrong person as well]. Hypothetically, if I even was in the wrong, 2 days is pretty excessive especially considering that one note was from 4 months ago and the original ban reason listed a PO that was non-existant[PO x3]

I made a statement on the player report thread saying I would show the clip but I was banned before I could even do that.

That person was not your faction member, even so two wrongs don't make a right. After verifying in logs the person Jordan killed is not in your faction nor an allied faction, regardless in my opinion even if he was, it wouldn't justify your execution of him an entire four minutes later after the situation had concluded as there was no active threat.

Once again, he shot AT my faction member. I also have 15 minutes to retaliate against someone for a violent act lol. Explain to me who would he be shooting at, besides my faction member for spitting on him. Besides my faction member, his interaction was only with my faction member.

In regards to how a user is allowed to react to verbal threats.
There are two types of threats, an 'Active Threat' and a 'Idle threat'. Users may kill for an active threat but they may not kill for an idle a threat.
The difference between the two is situational but will always pertain to if the person making the threats has a weapon in their hand.
For example, someone pointing a gun at you and threatening to kill you. This is an Active threat.
Someone saying they will kill/beat you in an argument or conversation. (Unarmed, weapon on safety etc) that is an idle threat.
You are allowed to react to an Active threat in that moment (Not later when the situation is over) but do be aware that breaking fearrp to kill them and dying can result in a PK. (PK is circumstantial. View PK rules for more info)

You were not subject to any attacks and there was no active threat. You killed the person FOUR MINUTES after the situation concluded. The person killed by Jordan was not in your faction and you didn't have their F3, there are no killing rules that justify your actions.

Ok, so by your interpretation of the rules which are incorrect because someone kills someone completely unrelated to you and your faction members happened to be nearby but received no damage, you are then allowed to execute that individual four minutes later when the threat has entirely concluded?

Kenneth Cassano was not killed by Jordan nor did he inflict damage to him.
