My windows closed during the intravention. I relogged on instantly whilst and I got banned... usually people wait a few minutes for the other person to come back but not this case? I came right back and was instantly banned... It's quite annoying especially when as a COP people are L2APing and we are forced to wait 5 minutes.. where as in this case... it was almost instant? (Fyi takes me a couple minutes to load luas..). I didnt L2AP.. I came right back after the windows closed. Apologies about that but yikes... really guys?

You were minging by avoiding rp and sitting down, when told to leave the PD you refused multiple times. I can understand why staff thought you were just a minge and decided to ban right away. ESPECIALLY that when you were cuffed, it took a couple of seconds before we started walking then POOF you're gone....

Hello!, I was the Staff who banned you. The reason I banned you is because moments before there was a ticket made about you sitting down on props to avoid being arrested by the police. I took the ticket and came over, you got off of the chair, ran around, immediately sat back down. You were minging and had no intention to roleplay. I teleport you off of the chair and while the officers were tazing you and seconds before handcuffs got put on you, you left. Now, you are completely correct, I should have waited the 5 minutes but do to your bans/notes, you're not a new player and it completely looked like you had no intention to roleplay in that scenario. Also, it seems very strange how your "window closed" seconds before you got arrested while you were standing still being tazed..

It must be also very strange that I immediately attempted to rejoing (: I was playing along with the captain and we were just having fun... I dont deny i went to sit down and sure that could count as minging because it was a bit of fun, but the running around that you say you saw was me moving a few steps back and forward. What caught my attention was the poor prop placement. I was around the 3 lieutenants and the captain before the other officers came and caused a scene and they were okay with me being there. Sure they warned me and I was going to leave (i got clipped threw the wall, for the record, they DID come in and they DID handcuff me... so even if i came back immediately i would be in the trapped room... handcuffed...)

You should have given it some times and see how it rolled out.. You just assumed I was severely minging and not intending to RP.. i dont blame you.. you're doing your job and it's not easy. I commend you for what you do. As you said.. I am an experienced player.. and i know better that to just go off during such situation. So i ask you just turn this over and let us finish off what was started and next time wait a bit.

I also want to add, I appreciate and respect your reasoning and dont hold it against you maliciously. I just want to plead my side and tell you otherwise to what you thought was happening. Sure small pockets of minging does happen for giggles but it's not constant... I literally just logged on and saw some of the leius and the captain (as i am a corporal on my other char) so we just chilling lol.

Yes and? You then proceeded to immediately ban... instead of waiting for my return... The point here is regardless, if you had waited I would have gw shown up to finish off...
