WEED!!!! WE NEED MORE USES FOR IT!!!!: 

We should be able to buy rolling papers from the weed NPC behind the Mosque/ Church to be able to roll processed weed into Joints, we could either sell these individually OR smoke it and have some attributes increase (temporarily ofc) these attributes may be something like health, or strength, or maybe something completely different. ion know this might be a game changing addition, or just another reason to get arrested.

It does, but im talking about a new addition to recieving this "armor" like processing weed, and buying rolling papers from the weed NPC.
