What is your motivation/reason for applying?: My motivation/reason for applying is that this server is a true experience, everyone is so nice and welcoming, and to get back into being a staff! The wholesomeness of the players makes everything so much fun! From the roleplaying aspect to the chilled back talking times. Another reason for me to apply is to help others, I have a super warm and happy personality. I love to help others with problems and figuring things out.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: Why should I be considered over candidates? Well heres why; i've had my own fair share of staffing, I wont be going into this blind and I know a decent ammount about the commands (might need to brush up on some, its been awhile lol.) and how/what to do. I'm a very calm and mature person, i'm never biased, I like to listen to both sides and make sure I know the whole situation before making any decisions. I feel as if everyone should get a fair chance with our own argumentative views!
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I've had some staffing experience within this DARKRP server, its been since deleted. (can't think of the name for the life of me..) I was just a moderator. I was a mod for 3-4 months until the server was deleted, that was almost a 5 months ago.
My other staffing experience is from a Half-Life 2 rp, just another simple mod, id say i was there for about a week until i got super bored with the server and left the team.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Nope!
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: Not really, i usually tend to be with my friends most of the time. Id say my reputation is very well, i havent had many if at any issues! (besides people mocking me and calling me names which i choose to not engage in.) I feel as other people think of me as an average person, someone who they respect but see as a nice person to know.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Id switch onto my staff char and take the ticket. Check the logs to make sure that the RDM was official. As we progress i would make sure both sides are calm and ready to talk without an argument. I would listen to both sides, at the end id make the verdict to ban the person who committed RDM. After the person got banned i would tell the ticket maker to; "have a good day and if you need any help to make another ticket!" then i would return them!
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would gather all info, this includes; clips, logs, etc, and the report them to a higher up.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would pull them into a sit and ask why are them RDM'ing and being a total minge. Id let them know that breaking rules aren't okay.. I would give them a note about their offenses and warn them their next time would be a ban. Just because they are my friend doesn't mean that they will get special treatment.
