Note: I am aware this is another Italian Family. From my view, the server is not made interesting purely by diversity alone; it also requires families to practice good roleplay in ways that mirror the IRL mafia and to cultivate the server's roleplay through their own actions. The mere addition of another Italian Family does not inherently mean the family is going to become stagnant or deteriorate, or "revert to every other average Italian family". The same argument could be made for any non-Italian family, as well, and the diversity of a family's ethnic origin shouldn't be the primary reason to approve an application; it should be the reputation of the faction leader, their members, and the explanations they give for how their family will operate. If the application reads like every other one, then yes you could expect that family to turn into "the average" crime family. Read the application, and ask me questions on my pager (TheDroppedFry#4237) if you want to know what exactly I plan to put together that will separate ourselves from the chaff to provide a unique spin on how families operate.
