I just want to state for the record that I will try to minimize the amount of PKs that go on in my faction. I know what it's like to get pk'd and I know what it's like to pk someone neither of those feels good so trust me when I say I will make it an absolute last resort.
Gaelic pride day's where members of the faction and members who are not a part of the faction can meet up and build connections. The setting can be in restaurants, on boats, or in the middle of the street. These will be paired with some sort of activity like football or paintball.
I'm going to build an arcade bar instead of some generic restaurant. People will be able to buy tickets with in-game money and then use those tickets to play the various games I will add. Restaurants don't give much room for RP and I think an arcade with custom clothing or funny items as prizes would give everyone a good time.
I will most likely add an Irish pin for people who support the Shamrock Coalition

- Promotion ceremonies to celebrate those who have done good work in the business.
- Tattoos to show one's achievements in the business.
- Meetings with allies to discuss faction relations.
- Frequent training for those who decide to become enforcers to maintain an active and strong enforcement team.
