Organization Backstory (Min. of 150+ Words):
During the 1930’s, Murder Inc. would be founded by Louis “Lepke” Buchalter and Albert Anastasia as a hitman for hire firm in the Brooklyn area of New York. During the 30’s and into the 40’s, Murder Inc. would be held responsible for over 400 to 1000 deaths under orders of the Italian Commission. In real life, the downfall would be a member, “Kid-Twist” revealing the dealings to the public and causing many members to be executed for their crimes. However, in this timeline, Kid-Twist never flipped on his business associates. Kid-Twist would be arrested by officers and put on trial, but this ended in a mistrial and Kid-Twist was released free of all charges. The organization would continue on as normal, with Albert Anastasia taking control as the “Don” of the organization and rebranding it to the Mangano Family. In 1957, the world of organized crime would be rocked as Albert Anastasia would be killed on orders of his newly appointed Underboss, Carlo Gambino. Instead of taking over Anastasia's Mangano family, the Commission would allow Gambino to create his own family and the Mangano Family would be left to it’s work under the newly appointed boss, Gioachino 'The Hammer' Massimo. This would seem to solve the question of the companies future, but many men disliked Massimo deeply. They claimed he had no backbone as a leader and that he would lead the organization into the ground within a few years. This was largely due to the fact that Massimo had never actually killed anyone.. Some contemplating leaving the organization for other opportunities, such as the other 5 families of New York. This would be where Corrado ‘Junior’ D’Amiano would enter the story. 'Junior' was born in his father's hometown of Castellammare del Golfo in 1951. His father, being a notorious Street Boss for the new Gambino Family, was dead set on having his child born in Sicily. To "The Gent's" surprise, however, his wife would end up delivering twins, his brother growing up to be his trusted Consigliere, "Spade". Junior and Spade would live a relatively normal life up until adulthood, being kept oblivious to their father's work. This all changed after The Gent was arrested in a routine visit to Castellammare del Golfo for the murder of multiple Italian Government officials and two Italian Polizia. Junior and Spade would join under a man named Gioachino 'The Hammer' Massimo, who just years before, had taken over as boss for the Mangano Family after the death of Albert Anastasia and the split of the Gambinos into their own family. This subordinate role would not suit Junior and Spade for long as, in 1974, Gioachino Massimo would be found dead in his driveway in North Brooklyn with two shotgun blasts to his torso, and two to his head. Not long after this, Junior would become the new boss of the Mangano Family, later returning it to it's original roots by reforming what was known as 'Murder Inc.' Junior believed the ‘family’ aspect of things watered down business and that ‘The Hammer’ failed to see this. He wished to return the family to it’s founding roots as a Murder for hire organization that would be feared all throughout New York. Junior’s wishes would come true, as within the next few years, his company's influence would spread all throughout Brooklyn. Recruiting many soldiers, completing contracts, and opening multiple legal fronts, many in Brooklyn would confidently say that under Corrado’s rule, Murder Inc. has returned to its original power and only continues to grow. During the start of the 1980’s, Corrado is believed to be responsible for busting his father, Carlo D’Amiano out of a Sicilian Prison which had held him for going on 11 years. Although some claim that Murder Inc. dispersed in the 1970's, anyone that keeps an eye on the Newspapers knows they are still hard at work all throughout the country. It has become clear to many authorities that they are still highly active, but they have appeared to develop a method of killing so brutal that no body may ever be found...
Disappearances of many high profile Mobsters all around the country are being reported, however none of these men seem to ever return home..
With "The Gent" and many other Mafioso escaping prison in Sicily, and the disappearances all around the country, some fear the worst is yet to come for the streets of New York.

In terms of what we actually do in game, we provide a hitman-for-hire service for any faction that is allied with the commission. This can be anyone from a member of their respected family to even government officials. Prices vary depending on target and difficulty of the job, but a system is already set up for us to hit the ground running with this as we were already doing it on MP. We also would like to run a business like any other family does, as a front. We owned the Gun Store, Jewelry Store, and a Candy Store on MP and we kept them open actively, but we understand any change of properties as this is a new server. We provide the server with roleplay whenever possible as well. We hosted many passive roleplay events with other factions such as dinners, festivals, boxing nights, etc. I believe if we are allowed to be implemented on this server like we were on MP, we would not disappoint in terms of activity and roleplay. Any staff that would like an invite and tour of the factions discord, please feel free to DM on discord @ The Gent#0001
Edit: Yes, I ran Murder Inc. on MP and yes I have applied for this faction on here prior, but seeing as this has rooted itself as the established server in the few months I have taken a break from MRP, I would really love to see my faction implemented the way it was on MP. In the last few weeks of it's existence, we had over 20 members that actively got on the server as well as a bunch of roleplay events we hosted. I miss running a faction and it was only after a long break I was able to see that. I do not have any association with the person that ran the Murder Inc. on this server, I believe how it was ran on here simply put dirt on the already overused name, but I can assure you (with the past as living proof) that I will not allow this name to be dragged down anymore.
