Reason for PK: Breaking FearRP during a mugging

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: The mugger was camping at one of the present spots during the present drop. In the mugging rules, it states that you are not allowed to camp shipments to mug people, and I feel like that should be applied to the event presents as well.
