Why should you be unbanned?
After taking damage from his car hitting us we decided to pull him over and pursue conversation to receive compensation for hitting us, He then decided to drive away after we pulled over and were in the middle of conversation and therefore I decided to shoot him. The admin taking the ticket told me since i didn't specifically tell him to stop his car as he was diving off it was considered rdm, however we both forgot to take into consideration the damage me and my friend both received.

Hi, I was the banning admin. Just a tid-bit of information you forgot to mention in your appeal which I have gone through with you in the sit explaining to you why it would be an RDM:

- The individual in question was not held under gunpoint nor explicitly told to stop in order to provide you with any form of compensation for hitting you. Therefore he is not forced nor obligated to stay and can choose to leave the interaction if he chooses to. You then decided to shoot him for driving away despite him technically not obligated to stay to continue the interaction.

- The individual has already mentioned that he has no money to provide you as compensation. In the sit you argued that there are other forms of monetary compensation that can be taken into account, like the cassette tapes that he possesses which is technically a viable option. But because of what I have explained above, he is technically not obligated to stay whatsoever.

- Both you and your friend received no damage whatsoever during the collision. I've double checked logs just to make sure unless I missed a line which I doubt. And judging from the clip of your POV you provided in this appeal, it seems that there was no health drain whatsoever, as there would be a visible health drain on your health bar if that was the case.

Summary:
- Being involved in a one time collision with another vehicle and then later killing the driver after he refuses compensation nor is he obligated to, is basically RDM. From what I can see, there were no substantial damages done to warrant a such a kill, given that it was supposedly an accident after he got rammed by a Ferrari going Mach 2. It's not as if the driver in question has been involved with multiple collisions with your vehicle that warrants such a response.
