I would like to start this suggestion off with the add-on 'Tile Build'. Tile build is a relatively simple add-on that utilizes plastic plates and cubes that already in the base game. It allows a user to allign using snap-points in the map (for example, the corner of a building's floor) it then actively looks for a prop within the plastics category that will fit the selected area, the user can then click again to paste the prop. I believe the biggest use of this add-on can be pieced together quite easily, it will allow for building custom interiors in buildings leagues easier while also using less props, as it actively shows the user the best fit available for selected areas. After messing around with this add-on for hours in single-player, I can definitely say that it makes building so much more user-friendly and quicker when it comes to tedious aspects like ceilings or other areas that usually take much more finesse

The second part of this suggestion covers some of the blacklisted props that are currently already in the server, but don't really make any sense to have blacklisted and would actually substantially add to builds and roleplay on the server. I am far from the first person to have noticed this, however, I have taken the time to compile all of the currently blacklisted items I believe aren't out of place for late 1980's New York along with their model path. I understand that as it stands, advanced material and other things we have access to already make builds look leagues better than 2-3 years ago, but whats the point of having all of these cool props in the content pack of they aren't actually usable for players in their builds? Although some items may be used for 'event items', it doesn't hurt to allow people to use them in their builds. event item's value are based off of the roleplay that backs them, not the model they use for the prop. Thats like saying people arent allowed to spawn the small wooden boxes because they look similar to a shipment box.

With all of the most relevant props being cherrypicked and all put into a document with their model paths, hopefully there will be no reason not to have them unblacklisted. Even after looking at all of them in singleplayer, none of them have any negative effects, no drug prop models, gun prop models, or any other abusable prop models were included in the list.
