What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * I have met a lot of people who are staff and I think that I would be a great fit for this team and would meet the qualifications. I barely see any staff at night and I am on late nights and believe I would help tremendously in the staff team by taking tickets and doing late night shifts I also have seen a lot of meta gaming and minging and I want to defeat that and bring a better community to the server and make people think the server is not a joke and build a better community and people who play the server.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: *
I am on every day and I rarely take LOAs and I am very active. I am very mature and I feel I can be unbiased in any situation that I am put in, am very efficient and fast working and typing I am on every day and is very time free and able to work late hours when some wont I am very good at watching for minges and rdm I am also a participating member of the community so I know rp and rules that some do not know I can load Into the game very fast as my internet is very good so I am available throughout the week.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I do not but I am willing to learn to be a great staff member and be a great member of the community and i learn very fast and i am a great team player and a very good person.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes, I have been banned for many reasons, but I have learned from my mistakes and I have not had a recent ban or note and have been following the rules exceptionally and have only been in staff sits on the occasion that I have had a rule broken over myself i have learned and have not been banned in over 5 months.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I am a great and valued worker in my faction, I also am a lawyer and have a char in Rockefeller oil company with the rank of Employee I also am known in the community as a great person and recruiter i am a suit trader have no bad reputations with anybody and no bad experiences with people lately

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would clip it and do @ to request a staff sit and wait for another staff member to be able to do the ticket.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:
I ask them to stop as they are at risk of losing their admin abilities if they do not, I would clip it and turn it into my superior.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDMing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?:
No it does not constitute biased opinion. All are treated the same, I would tell them to stop if they do not stop appropriate action will be taken. I would also clip any sit that I do with them in case any accusations of being biased does occur.
