Why should they be returned?: I recently got unbanned from a very long time away, I have no clue why my flags were blacklisted but I do remember how much I used my building perms. When I played I was very fond of very complex buildings that stood out from others with advanced materials and lua props, I even bought the maximum amount of extra props sometimes having 2 separate dupes. I've learned my lesson with misusing props and now I simply just want to be able to spawn the restaurant dupe for my family.

Looks familiar, obviously stacked trees all through the street isn't chill. I made some stupid choices before. Now I'm just looking to get back into building in my property not the street.

The last time I played was 6 months ago, since then I got my full license, graduated, and have had 2 girlfriends. Sorry, I don't remember why my building permissions were removed.
