Internal notice board /notes

Not sure how feasible it would be, but I think it would be great to have an internal notice board for properties. Similarly to the advertisement boards but it posts internally to your faction. Think it would be beneficial for having certain information in the server rather than piling it all into discord and it being daunting for new players, if someone is brand new and has just joined a faction - they'd be able to refer to one of these notice boards for snippets of information.

Would be great for things:
- Internal notes for workers, reminders, managers etc (good for new hires to have something to refer back to)
- Links to google sheets if people needed to make more menus
- Could create a list or a link to a google doc of banned people

I like this idea, but my only issue is that it's another thing that we, the bosses of the factions. Would need to make a ua ticket to move it or whatever the hell would be needed for it. I think it'd be nice to put some power into the players hands so less ua tickets are made to "fill this fridge with that", "can you remove this world prop", or "hey I dont have access to this or that". I feel like this would just be another one of those things.

Now most of the things mentioned are totally reasonable to have to go through UA. But it's nice when if I see I need a change with something I can just do it myself. The best example of this from my perspective would be the casino manager, once you get access to it, it pretty much functions like a bank account and I can give any char id access to whatever perms.

+1, but with kinda ehhh just another UA ticket I'm gonna have to make.

+1 this would be amazing to help make things more new player friendly, would also help streamline the hiring process and allow more insight into how different aspects of the server work with less need to do all the legwork of explaining/showing new players what to do
