Reason for PK:Apparent mugging

Why should you be unPK'd:I wasn't mugging the dude he stole something from me that I dropped and I was telling him to drop It I didn't have him at gunpoint and never tried to tie him up or anything. Then some random he doesn't know swings out and RDMs me

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines

Hey! I'm the "random" here. You're correct in the part that I don't know the mugging victim, however you left out an extremely crucial part in your provided proof! The part where you clearly state "put your hands up you're getting mugged bro"! Now I wonder why you left that out... Anyway, moving on. The road you're standing on is owned by my faction, which means you're mugging on private property! The staff member who PKd you was another member of UA, so I'm sure their call was correct. I recommend being thorough in making sure no one is around when you try to mug someone. Here's the DOP planning spreadsheet, so you can get a better look at some secluded areas.

Hi, I'm the admin who PKed you. Unfortunately, you did perform a mugging on their property. With this in mind, the residents of said property are allowed to step in and protect their property from would-be muggers. It's very obvious from the video that you are, in fact, mugging the individual in question. So, as a result of your valid kill during your mugging, you were PKed.

Mugging Rule number 8 states that a person has to be held at gun point or tied for the mugging to be initiated therefore my PK is invalid

2 things to this you have a gun in your hand and are very clearly mugging the guy by what you said "Put your hands up you are getting mugged" so due to the PK guideline of dying during a mugging this PK is valid
