Why should they be returned?: I have behaved well lately. No warns or bans. I feel I have adjusted myself and am able to follow the rules of the server properly. I apologise for my past abuse of the rules. I wish to use the flags properly without abusing them in any way. Please consider my appeal, thank you.

You have a *VERY* extensive history. Like, a ridiculous amount of bans/notes. All from late last year. What's different? What's changed? How can we be sure that you aren't going to repeat your cycle of disregard for our rules?

I've matured. I don't wanna mess things up like that anymore. I wanna abide the rules and play the game properly. The reason I'd like my flags back is for RP. I can think of various RP scenarios that I can use my flags for such as decorating a house, making an office etc all within the rules of course, I won't prop block anymore. I'd be very grateful if you give me this chance to show you that I can use them properly and continue to follow the rules.
