Long Answer
Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 5 Sentences Minimum.
What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * I have many reasons why I am deciding to apply for staff. There has been certain times where I needed a staff member pretty quickly and there was none on. Or they were backed up with tickets. Either way it is nobody's fault and the only way to fix that is by growing the staff team. I want to be the person to help the new guy, and just generally help in RP situations with other Role Players. Being a staff member, and overseeing rp events to me, is more fun than actually role playing so I will be able to dedicate most of my time on Diverge to actually staffing.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I should be considered over other candidates because I will be coming in with some experience. I as I said before I do know some nutscript commands and how to navigate through menus which will automatically boost me past majority of candidates.Also. I have 3,600 hours on Garry's mod and more than half has been dedicated to Administrating on all kinds of servers, so there is another instance of myself being more prepared than others. I will fess up to my mistakes, and I can assure you if I ever get out of line or abuse my powers I expect to be demoted in a blink of an eye. If there are any tickets backpiled up I can assure you I will always hop on my staff Char and take all tickets before role playing.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I have been staff on quite a few servers. I was Head Admin on Hyplex, a pretty popular DarkRP server a year or two ago. Two Jailbreak servers including Hearthigen. Enforcer Networks MafiaRP. I was also an Admin on Diverge when Damonte ran things.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I have not been banned.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I would not say that I am extremely well known in the community, but that is why I am applying. I want to make a better name for myself within the Diverge Networks community. I have been in the MafiaRP community ever since Typhon came out with their server. I have came and go within the community, but now I am here to stay to make a better name for myself. I will surely have a positive impact for the server as well as all the members.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would not self-sit, because I could be bias. So I would make a ticket for another staff member to take and have them handle it from a non-bias perspective.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: It depends on what they have been doing. If it is nothing to serious such as physgun abusing I would talk to them personally and tell them to knock it off or I will bring it up to UA. If they are heavily abusing I would goto UA with video evidence to have them punished
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would treat it as any other player.I would give him warnings/notes on his profile for what he did wrong. Then tell him to read the rules and explain what he did wrong. If he continues to break server rules I would have to most likely ban him.
