i got banned for a week

i wanted to get fired from pd so i got my friend to come into the pd and i said "STOP RESISTING STOP RESISTING" and i shot him and he was ok with the idea. so after i killed him a bunch of officers pulled guns on me so I did what a normal person would do I FUCKING SHOT THEM PUSSYS (ps i had my gun out first) and i did rp out the whole situation. and then i got banned and i want to be unbanned. this punishment is ridiculous I didn't do anything.
