Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I got banned for attempting to PK someone on the wrong character not knowing characters couldnt have Conflicting RPs Well the reason i tried to PK the guy was cause he kidnapped me and char searched me FOR A OOC MESSAGE which is FAIL RP so to be fair this whole problem started cause the guy who got me banned Marco Salvaretti or as i call him Princess Fail RPed and got mad he was fucking stupid about it

Why should you be unbanned? It was a Fail Rp scenario to begin with

I didn't issue the initial ban, however after seeing your horrendous ban and warn history, I decided to extend it to permament, as clearly you have no intention to play the server properly or abide by our rules.

i been playing this server a long time and im gonna be honest the ammount of biased staff you have is the problem i see no issue with some but others are plain out dickheads to anyone they dont like example i was banned i think for 3 days about 2 weeks ago for LTAP cause i begged for staff help and 2 Staff Members Rem and i forget the others name REFUSED to help me when the cops arrested me for something id ALREADY been arrested for and then let a Random person come into my cell and char search me then left i lost all my shit and I had no video so i could do nothing your staff is the problem not the playerbase and attempting to assume that someone has NITRP off of Previous bans ive complained about 70% of and nothings ever happened is Actually quite Astonishing how terrible of a human being you have to be to Purely base a ban off of someones past bans they have complained about shits quite Crazy if you ask me all i try to do is RP and the same kids follow me and get me banned and noone thinks about that lmao whatever man if youve made your decision so be it but this is not a good way to assume something about a person
