Ridge has been targeting and harassing Monaclu for some time, and this has come to a head recently after he posted a player report, attempting to see Monaclu removed from staff and possibly banned, using a deepfaked medal clip as evidence. There should be a clear ruling made in regards to utilizing faked/forged evidence to destroy the reputation of another player, especially in regards to alleged rule breaks, hopefully utilizing Ridge as an example to all that this is not tolerated.   1. In regards to how a user is allowed to react to verbal threats.
    There are two types of threats, an 'Active Threat' and a 'Idle threat'. Users may kill for an active threat but they may not kill for an idle a threat.
    The difference between the two is situational but will always pertain to if the person making the threats has a weapon in their hand.
    For example, someone pointing a gun at you and threatening to kill you. This is an Active threat.
    Someone saying they will kill/beat you in an argument or conversation. (Unarmed, weapon on safety etc) that is an idle threat.
    You are allowed to react to an Active threat in that moment. I was not an active threat and have seen people warned for this before I was told that he is allowed to shoot me in the legs even if I am not a threat to him when asking for the rule that says this I was told "Your cop baiting" This cop was already given a verbal warning for the second clip I linked and should know not to shoot people for no reason or kill them unless there is another rule that states that what this cop has been doing is allowed then this seems like blatant RDM to me, This cop has been targeting me for weeks for no apparent reason and seems to have a personal vendetta against me which reaches out of just RP. Furthermore, a situation like this would under normal circumstances have a concrete course of action which would most likely result in the individual's ban from the server, however, the Seasoned Administrator was brought in as a second opinion and ruled in favor of the other individual. He also stated that myself and the individual are both "retarded", however, unlike the other individual I have not broken any server rules.
Also, separately the Seasoned Administrator also misunderstood the entire situation, due to him being misinformed he could not provide a qualified and just opinion/ruling on the matter. Here are a few clips that show how the situation ended, with many invalid facts being said that I have clearly contradicted with evidence in this ticket. It's funny that this situation is actually ongoing. Here are a few clips from the last admin sit, where the Seasoned Administrator got all his facts wrong.
