Reason for PK: I was being mugged at gunpoint and asked to drop my custom suit. I thought there was a rule stating these items could not be stolen, so I said it was an unmuggable item and refused to drop it, causing the mugger to kill me. I was wrong and misinformed on this. I am hoping to get my PK appealed as I thought a server rule was being broken by the person who was robbing me.

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: As stated before I was misinformed about the rules and I just hope I can possibly get some grace because of this.

Not sure, assuming it had to do with me unknowingly joining a crime family and wanting to leave aftering being 'hired on'.

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?:

Under PK Guidelines, subpoint #13, "... [Entry level associates who are not made or deeply committed to the organization may leave without harm as their position is low and they know very little. (Security, waiters, doormen, drivers, etc)]..." are exclusively prohibited from being involved in a 'PermaKill'. Since my position in the organization was limited to simple security work (I responded to an advertisement about security work at 'The Blue Lobster' [Screenshot proof linked below], there shouldn't be any reasonable expectation that I knew anything about any illegal activities. Once my 30 minutes of labor elapsed and my wage payout was expected, one of the lady's (Who I assume is deeper in the organization) took me into an alley behind the Imperial Hotel where she began to invite me to a discord and made clear that it was OOC. I joined and made my intentions clear right off the ripe, I told her that I wanted to remain in good standing with the BAR Association and that I wanted to continue my work strictly as a Security Guard. She seemed okay with it and inducted me into their discord server. Most other Mobs are fine with a simple Security Guard in their discord so I didn't think much of it. As soon as she brought me over to the Electronic Store and said something about being an Associate, I stopped her again and said that I only wanted to do Security work for money until my reinstatement to the BAR came through, she stopped and said that she needed to talk to her bosses about it. That is when they brought me down to the docks and decided to have me do some dirty work for them, I refused to even know what they wanted me to do and so I went AFK and came back to my Character PK'ed.

Furthermore, subpoint #2 clearly outlines that the family or members therewithin must have suffered damages from the targeted character in order for a 'PermaKill' to be ordered by command of a family. A simple $20k payout for doing security work is what they gave me during my 40 minute venture. Those were wages owed as seen in the advertisement linked below. There was no irreversible damage done. You could make the argument that they inducted me as an associate however once presented this position, I turned it down. I had no information about their operation except for the lady telling me something about, "W." What is 'W'? Weed? How am I suppose to legally go to the cops and tell them this, I can't. That is not good roleplay.

Lastly, subpoint #13 goes onto explain that, "You may be asked to provide proof of these claims. However a Don/Boss is able to order his subordinates to be killed without much oversight." However, within 40 minutes of casual security work, it is hard to prove that I knew who the organizations Don or Boss were. The only person who inducted me was a lady. Where in most Mobs, women are strictly off limits, so I don't think that this is reasonable to suspect that the Don of a Crime Family were to induct me. This can simply be boiled down to the fact that they screwed up, recruited someone who didn't have intentions to join their hierarchy and they took action after overstepping the pleas of the ones they go to accept. I was perfectly fine with staying out of the faction but they were the ones who insisted on recruiting me.

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I should be unPKD because as stated in PK rules i must initiate a violent confrontation with a police officer. There was no interaction or initiation from the cop or myself for him to discharge his weapon. I was already barring a firearm as i was modifying my weapon, I avoided aiming my firearm when i saw the cop come onto my screen, For a PK to be valid i have to initiate by firing or using RP. There was NO warning from the cop before i got shot which is technically RDM even if he feared his life that's not valid as i didn't aim, shoot or RP with the cop. As stated by an admin i did not do anything but avoid pointing my gun towards the officer. as seen in the proof. PK!", while having his microphone muted in the clip used to PK my character. In the clip the officer used as evidence, his microphone was muted to cover up the fact he broke a PK rule. This rule being "Using OOC terms over Mic, (Such as yelling "thats a pk, thats a pk!" After killing someone) may void the PK entirely. Remain in character at all times." Along with the fact he used ooc terms IC, he also shouldn't have been a cop at the time of the PK. I was PK'd around 2PM EST, while the officer in question made a reinstatement request at 3:28PM EST. The officer who placed himself behind my vehicle had no regard for his own life, as well as could be considered PK baiting / being PK hungry, due to the fact he knew he would be knocked down, resulting in the other officers opening fire and PKing my character.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I feel I should be unPK'd as this person powergamed. they call on the phone after I advertise that I am selling weapons with a distinct character description. "Several needle marks. Multiple bruises." when I arrive, they have reset it to the default character description, "A man stands before you at 5'9 " He asked for an item from the scene (my suit) IN the admin sit. he said "it would be a shame to see such a nice suit go to waste." Which feels just like the rule of no ooc. to me, that isn't someone who is interested in the role play as much as they are getting new items. I don't want anything wrong to happen to the other player (unless they are a mugging character, then do what you must) and had I read up more closely on mugging rules I may have acted differently. I read about Pk's and muggings prior, but not in detail. Should I be granted an appeal, I will not make the same mistake, as it was born of ignorance; not blatant opposition. Nevertheless, the role play or moreso, lack thereof is why I believe my character should be appealed.

Reason For PK: None, i was unjustly banned by mod Darkfire and i appealed the ban and got it lifted. When i logged back into the server i saw that he not only banned me but also PK'd my character. The night before i was banned i was not once killed in any situation that could remotely justify a PK. I find it alarming that mods are handing out bans based purely on suspicion with lack of evidence, but also randomly PKing characters without reason.

Reason for PK: "Mugging" (searching somebody)

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?:
■ The person in question, must have repeatedly done something to directly harm you, your family, or another member of your family. Unwarranted Harm in a financial (+7,500$) or repeated physical way, there has to be tangible damages, disrespect is not a reason to kill someone.

The Situation started with me not even being apart of the mugging. Two low rank members of my faction was robbing an ally of the faction at the docks. As im driving I notice them from the road and that's when I realized they were robbing him. Them not knowing I Interfered Immediately yelling at them, telling them they are not supposed to be doing this ect. The reason I was PKD was because I held C and kept trying to search him to block them from taking anything. As the pictures show below you can see me repeatedly searching the victim trying to stop them from entering his inventory. I didn't even get inside his inventory I was just spamming it. The logs show its literally seconds apart, I'm holding C and spamming search. I didn't take 1 item or dollar from this victim and in no way was I trying to get caught up in "Mugging". The only 30 second interaction I had with this guy is me spamming search player.  Its pretty hard trying to stop two players with no re-guard of there life. Also they took just about a full 1 hour and 30 minutes to even kill me which Is way over the time that it takes to put out revenge. the two people that were "mugging" got banned anyways. I never took anything from "Marco Reaper Changretta" nor put him in harms way. They came to kill the 2 original "Muggers" and tried to kill them which failed, and then came right back from the hospital and killed me. Once again I had ZERO intentions of taking anything off this guy let alone "mugging" a friend of my faction. You can not search somebody if there is already a player inside there inventory. Which explains why I was spamming.

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Not idea but if i had a clue it would be the "LTAP" from last night. My game crashed and when i next get online im banned for 1 day for VRDM and LTAP. I had no idea of this happening, as my game had crashed. I dont understand under any circumstance how i could be PK'ed for VRDM especially since it was due to a crashed game.
