			<title><![CDATA[Add more Civilian factions post map change]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[With the new update coming out, and all the factions being limited back down to one property, I think we should accept a bunch of civilian factions to fill the vacant properties. Add new rackets other than the oil barrels such as wood pallets, metal pallets, technology pallets, medicine crates, etc. All of these rackets would work just like the oil, but Canadian will change the prices every week so that some become more profitable than others, just like he does with the gun rackets. Making people shop around. (Oil is 4500, Wood is 4000, Metal is 4200. Then changes to Oil 4000, Wood 4500, etc.)<br />

I also think that for these legal factions to sustain themselves—i.e., pay property taxes and invest in new properties—they can't rely on kickups the way criminal factions do. They should receive a portion of the money that goes into their faction's NPC. So if someone pays &#36;4500 for an oil shipment at townhall they have an option to sell it to either Oil faction A or Oil faction B, the faction leader gets like &#36;250 stored in the NPC and their employees keeps the rest. There wont be kickups getting collected on a weekly basis in civilian factions. This would encourage legal faction owners to actually sustain and play longer than just a month or so and to advertise their rackets. Giving the faction leaders extra cash allows them to host events, pay new employees, same way criminal factions work.<br />

Adding multiple civilian factions with the same racket creates competition between the two. Now that the legal factions are competing with each other, they will want to pay/work with the criminal factions to bully or harass their competition. Boycotts and stuff will be involved. <br />

Overall there are like 17 criminal factions there should be 8-10 civilian factions added with competing rackets. I think this will add more to the server pending the new map, not everyone is a criminal and some people will actually want to work legal jobs.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[This is a super minor non-issue, But the 57' Bel-Air has a second skin that makes the roof white, but there is no way to apply this in-game. You have the option for the spoilers, bumpers, and other parts for the car. but no option for this, which is usually under "Respray Finishes." I think the car would look a lot better if we had the option to use this top instead of the car being just one color. Most real Bel-Airs are two-tones anyways.<br />

One of these is what I call the Department of Construction / The Construction Branch of The DoP. </span></span></span><br />

<span style="color: #ffffff;" class="mycode_color">For a bit of background the reason we have the upcoming map is because pendred figured out how to edit rp_southside which was formerly considered impossible. This means that at any time the map and properties on it can be changed on its new placeholder rp_southside_diverge. So why not take advantage of this extremely large opportunity to better rp, quality of life, and give people more say in the place they work out of.</span></span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: medium;" class="mycode_size"><span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b"><span style="color: #ffffff;" class="mycode_color">The idea is pretty simple, setup a department in the government which can take tickets from property holders ( anybody with the @landlord tag already pre-existing for the DoP ) and allow applications to be made for changes to properties they own. Just a few ideas that I've thought of include</span><br />

Adding Basements or Upstairs to Properties</span> <span style="color: #ffffff;" class="mycode_color">- This one is pretty simple, expanding a building on the surface level isn't really possible as that would require shifting the entire map, but adding a secret hideout below a restaurant that serves as a meeting room, or a upstairs attic above a vacant store for a non licensed poker racket. </span></span></span><br />

<span style="font-size: medium;" class="mycode_size"><span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b"><span style="color: #44b8ff;" class="mycode_color">2. PERMA PROPS</span> <span style="color: #ffffff;" class="mycode_color">- This is a huge one, find a dupe that you love, and it can be set to be a permeant fixture on the map so your guys never have to worry about putting down a dupe. </span></span></span><br />

Interactable Changes</span> <span style="color: #ffffff;" class="mycode_color">- Things such as radios you can hit e on that play music throughout the building, light switches, hidden doors, openable vaults, cabinets that can open and close. This one is honestly limitless and could bring about some very unique properties.</span></span></span><br />

Exterior Changes</span> <span style="color: #ffffff;" class="mycode_color">- Minor things can be changed on the outside, some slight ideas are adding a fence around a property or a gate.</span></span></span><br />

Minor Interior Changes</span> <span style="color: #ffffff;" class="mycode_color">- A great example of this would be changing a material on the inside of a building or removing map placed props such as a shelf, a table, etc. </span></span></span><br />

Replacement Changes</span> <span style="color: #ffffff;" class="mycode_color">- A good example of this on the new map is the properties Red Devil and Golden Dragon, both of them have a lot of signs with those respective names, but if you wanted to keep the same business name you used in the past you can have the signs replaced with your business name. </span></span></span><br />

Future Ideas</span><span style="color: #ffffff;" class="mycode_color"> - These are things that shouldn't be considered for some time but in the future you could things like. A building with no interior could be replaced by a building with an interior that your faction fully customizes. This would be very pricey.</span><br />

Small things could be 300k, some of these ideas could cost multi-millions. This would all have to be balanced with the current economy. </span><span style="color: #44b8ff;" class="mycode_color">Another large incentive to this is that an option to pay with irl cash for changes could be brought in, this would be yet another way to support the server and help it flourish. </span></span></span><br />

One of these is what I call the Department of Construction / The Construction Branch of The DoP. </span></span></span><br />

<span style="color: #ffffff;" class="mycode_color">For a bit of background the reason we have the upcoming map is because pendred figured out how to edit rp_southside which was formerly considered impossible. This means that at any time the map and properties on it can be changed on its new placeholder rp_southside_diverge. So why not take advantage of this extremely large opportunity to better rp, quality of life, and give people more say in the place they work out of.</span></span></span><br />

<span style="font-size: medium;" class="mycode_size"><span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b"><span style="color: #ffffff;" class="mycode_color">The idea is pretty simple, setup a department in the government which can take tickets from property holders ( anybody with the @landlord tag already pre-existing for the DoP ) and allow applications to be made for changes to properties they own. Just a few ideas that I've thought of include</span><br />

Adding Basements or Upstairs to Properties</span> <span style="color: #ffffff;" class="mycode_color">- This one is pretty simple, expanding a building on the surface level isn't really possible as that would require shifting the entire map, but adding a secret hideout below a restaurant that serves as a meeting room, or a upstairs attic above a vacant store for a non licensed poker racket. </span></span></span><br />

PERMA PROPS</span> <span style="color: #ffffff;" class="mycode_color">- This is a huge one, find a dupe that you love, and it can be set to be a permeant fixture on the map so your guys never have to worry about putting down a dupe. </span></span></span><br />

Interactable Changes</span> <span style="color: #ffffff;" class="mycode_color">- Things such as radios you can hit e on that play music throughout the building, light switches, hidden doors, openable vaults, cabinets that can open and close. This one is honestly limitless and could bring about some very unique properties.</span></span></span><br />

Exterior Changes</span> <span style="color: #ffffff;" class="mycode_color">- Minor things can be changed on the outside, some slight ideas are adding a fence around a property or a gate.</span></span></span><br />

Minor Interior Changes</span> <span style="color: #ffffff;" class="mycode_color">- A great example of this would be changing a material on the inside of a building or removing map placed props such as a shelf, a table, etc. </span></span></span><br />

Replacement Changes</span> <span style="color: #ffffff;" class="mycode_color">- A good example of this on the new map is the properties Red Devil and Golden Dragon, both of them have a lot of signs with those respective names, but if you wanted to keep the same business name you used in the past you can have the signs replaced with your business name. </span></span></span><br />

Future Ideas</span><span style="color: #ffffff;" class="mycode_color"> - These are things that shouldn't be considered for some time but in the future you could things like. A building with no interior could be replaced by a building with an interior that your faction fully customizes. This would be very pricey.</span><br />

Small things could be 300k, some of these ideas could cost multi-millions. This would all have to be balanced with the current economy. </span><span style="color: #44b8ff;" class="mycode_color">Another large incentive to this is that an option to pay with irl cash for changes could be brought in, this would be yet another way to support the server and help it flourish. </span></span></span><br />

			<description><![CDATA[ever since the car despawn mechanic was added  its been very weird in the way it deletes cars, sometimes a car will last 5-20 minutes completely untouched and some other times a car will delete within 2-4 minutes without any warning, idk how the system operates when it decides to despawn cars or what criteria the car has to meet for a quick deletion but it would be nice for it to be more consistent, like a warning a minute prior before your car gets deleted or something of that nature]]></description>
