Why should they be returned?: People at town hall found a toilet with a Balloon in it. People were throwing it around and when I used my hands to pick it up. I realized it sent me flying around when I messed around with it so I goofed around with it for like 3 minutes. I got off like 10 minutes later. I heard nothing from anybody, no warnings or anything. I just got on the server like 20 minutes ago trying to put a dupe down and realized my flags are gone.

I had no warning and I also didn't spawn the props I was messing with. Had I have known this would have been the outcome (At least give me a warning before taking my flags) I would have stopped. I have been a donator for a long time and have no record of breaking PET flag rules.

Why should they be returned?: I recently got unbanned from a very long time away, I have no clue why my flags were blacklisted but I do remember how much I used my building perms. When I played I was very fond of very complex buildings that stood out from others with advanced materials and lua props, I even bought the maximum amount of extra props sometimes having 2 separate dupes. I've learned my lesson with misusing props and now I simply just want to be able to spawn the restaurant dupe for my family.

Reason for blacklist (if given): As some may have seen Klondieke used to RP as the "Poop Don", I would typically spawn in an office with premission of the property owners in a bush next to an establishment and offer my "services". I was doing this for few weeks and then got the idea to spawn in some props to help "enhance" rp. now and with some surprisement no-one really minded and everything was going fine. Until one night I got a little to high and started messing in the robbers-den but I didnt stay for long. I then went down to the docks holding medium to small sized prop materialized to brown, it was there where I knocked a member of the scotts into the water with the prop. although he made no attempt to avoid me I still prolly shouldnt of done that my b. I then went to the le grande where lomac tp'd to me and stripped me of my pet flags and disappeared. There was no sit, no one warning just took the flags over knocking one guy into the water.

Why should they be returned?:I am writing to respectfully appeal for the removal of certain building permissions that have been imposed. I understand that rules are in place for the well-being and harmony of our community, and I deeply respect the intentions behind them. However, I believe there are compelling reasons to reconsider these restrictions. I wish to emphasize the importance of flexibility in fostering innovation and growth within our community. While regulations are necessary, overly restrictive measures can inadvertently stifle creativity and progress.

Why should they be returned?: I did something stupid, because i thought it would be funny, everyone thought it was, except 2 people that reported me and got me blacklisted, i must have said something that sounded like i had previously been in trouble for prop misuse, and prompted the admin to blacklist me from PET, this is my first time having PET Flags, and i didn't know any better. I have nothing but good intents with PET Flags, i would like to make builds for my factions, and my friends. I would never un-intentionally break server rules, and break peoples RP.

Why should they be returned?: I apologize for prop flying, this is a roleplay server not dark-RP and I understand that it wasn't appropriate whatsoever, I made a little broomstick thing and I flew around for about 10 minutes, I was teleported to a sit and my PET flags were removed. I've just bought them and I'd really appreciate a second chance, I am sorry for what I did and I can promise nothing similar will ever happen again, I was just screwing around and I didn't think before I did it and that's on me but I ask that my blacklist is reconsidered. My intentions were not malicious, my intentions were to make people laugh and obviously this wasn’t the right way to go about it. I plan on contributing with the flags and I believe they can contribute to not only my RP but others as well. Once again I hope my blacklist is reconsidered as I truly am sorry.

Why should they be returned?: I am a long-time player and during the time I was on around 2-3 am just fooling around. Admittedly I did let it go a little far and Fox rightfully interevened to stop me. He removed my flags and banned me for I believe a day or two. Afterwards I reached out to Fox and he made it clear that he had no idea it was me and he was acting under the assumption that I was either a problematic player or a new player. I don't have any plans to continue causing problems for anyone with my flags and only wish to use them for building with my newly added faction <3

Why should they be returned?:I can't even recall the situations that may have led to any of these warnings to be honest. The dates I've gotten them apparently range from April, to June, to November. At the very least clarity on each of the warnings would be very nice because of how infrequent they are.

Why should they be returned?: My pet flags were taken shorten after Miami (if i am remembering right), which was also around the same time as my last few warns. I have not been warned in the past few months, or have i done anything minge like for the most part, and would think having pet flags again would add to the RP experience. I also apologize for my previous abuse of pet flags in the past, and hope that my new track record makes up for it. After checking my warns in a sit, I have not received a warn since April of 2023.

I've given quite a few months to collect myself since my flags were taken. The further I move up in my faction the more responsibility I carry which includes managing my businesses. I've learned my lesson and faced the consequences and I hope the server sees that I'm ready to have my flags returned without causing a disturbance.
