			<description><![CDATA[There has been a lot of people claiming 1 of whatever and spawning several more times that in their item; lying to gain a profit. While I understand the role play aspect, hustling and grinding to sell those items.<br />

I think a practical, more gameplay oriented solution/feature would be to have an <span style="text-decoration: underline;" class="mycode_u">optional</span> ability ( by the creator ) to display how many times that particular item has been spawned in by the creator/s, seen in that items description. ex: #3 out of ( 5 ). Potentially allowing- another option to allow the proprietor of the item to restrict access to even themselves for spawning more, possibly displaying that in a different colour. <br />
<br />
I don't think it should be mandatory, but I think having this as an option will encourage people not lie, establish truthfulness and value to new items being brought in, for people those who choose to opt in and potentially cut down on a lot anxiety surrounding item values in the custom item market, which has recently taken a little bit of a dip with the amount of items being brought in and the fake rarity of some of the older items.<br />

			<description><![CDATA[After noticing a few confirmed PKd members from the list I was wondering if there is a way we could have dead or deleted chars be auto removed from the faction. If you are able to use the command you can check for yourself. /managefaction (faction name) <br />
This will show everyone whitelisted. It also shows characters that are dead and gone on the list as well. I personally went thru and removed the ones I have confirmed are dead or deleted but I have a feeling there are more so I figured this is the case for many others. 300+ whitelisted but only 180-220 actually are alive and active.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<span style="color: #eeeeee;" class="mycode_color">After playing on a new character recently and trying to get starting funds to get clothing and such before moving on to something else, I began to realize the City Worker Job is kind of messed up in some ways, especially hours after a server reset has happened. As it currently stands, each job is assigned to an individual and they go do it before getting another one shortly after. On paper that sounds like a perfect recipe, but in practice unfortunately there are a few branches on the tracks. If a person doing City Work fails to do a job, switches jobs, or even begin to play on a new character, the box just sits there sparking forever until the next map changes and then the process slowly starts over again. At the time of writing this suggestion, every electrical box on the map is sparking and as a City Worker, I cannot fix any of them because they are all assigned to someone else despite me being the only City Worker online.<br />
<br />
<span style="text-decoration: underline;" class="mycode_u"><span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">Considering all of that, there are a few ideas I had that could fix the problem independently or in tandem:<br />
</span></span><br />
1. After a person disconnects, switches characters, or refuses to do a job for longer than 10 minutes, it automatically times out and resets and is ready to be given to the next available City Worker.<br />
<br />
2. Employ a system similar to the shipment system currently where if a City Worker doesn't complete their job within a 10-20 minute window, the job is then open to any city worker to complete by just walking up and beginning to do the job.<br />
<br />
3. If a city worker fails to do their job more than one time either due to being AFK or occupied in another occupation while still under the whitelist, they get a notification in the top right along the lines of "You have been fired as your job as a City Worker. You may apply again in (minutes/hours)<br />

I know with how old GMod is getting there are a lot of limitations in the game itself that make some things simply not possible to be tweaked or updated, if this is one of those situations I understand, but I felt I would at least put the recommendation out there just in case it isn't and my idea could some way help benefit the server. Would be nice seeing the City Worker job become something legal players can do while also fixing the eye sore of sparking electrical boxes on every block of southside<br />

			<description><![CDATA[Overflow prevention and despawning cars for lag and whatnot is a normal thing and Im not against it but I've lost extremely rare tapes over the time I've played this server, including several KTS or pre-donation tapes.  What I suggest is that when a car is despawned with someone driving it, the tape should be automatically put into the player's inventory, and if nobody is driving, make it drop onto the ground or be stored in the trunk of the car.  Its infuriating losing tapes worth well over 200K and I dont think this is a big ask]]></description>

UA is going in the direction of making Discord less of the 'go-to' for in-game communication. I think this is a fantastic structure for what's going on so far, but in the spirit of helping to improve these things, I'd like to suggest a couple of things that might help to improve it.</span><br />

<ul class="mycode_list"><li><span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b"><span style="font-size: small;" class="mycode_size">Discord Notifications:</span></span><span style="font-size: small;" class="mycode_size"> Currently, the pager allows you to link your Discord to the pager so that you can get notifications of your messages in real time, even when you aren't in game. This is great, but all it tells you is the character that you received the message on.</span><br />

<span style="font-size: small;" class="mycode_size">I believe the notification could benefit from more information from the game to allow the notifications to have a bit more of a unique message to them. For example, instead of just giving a character name, perhaps the notification could go something along the lines of:</span><br />

UA is going in the direction of making Discord less of the 'go-to' for in-game communication. I think this is a fantastic structure for what's going on so far, but in the spirit of helping to improve these things, I'd like to suggest a couple of things that might help to improve it.</span><br />

<ul class="mycode_list"><li><span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b"><span style="font-size: small;" class="mycode_size">Discord Notifications:</span></span><span style="font-size: small;" class="mycode_size"> Currently, the pager allows you to link your Discord to the pager so that you can get notifications of your messages in real time, even when you aren't in game. This is great, but all it tells you is the character that you received the message on.</span><br />

<span style="font-size: small;" class="mycode_size">I believe the notification could benefit from more information from the game to allow the notifications to have a bit more of a unique message to them. For example, instead of just giving a character name, perhaps the notification could go something along the lines of:</span><br />
