Why should you be unbanned? So basically what happened was the Magistrate was snitching on us for doing something so we went to the PD to kill him (Non PK) and I was waiting outside the section where the magistrate was and my allies were going to kill him, I did have my gun out on safety but I was playing it off as I was told to stay in PD. Lewis Brown pulls out his gun on me when I have my gun out and I tried explaining/lying to him about what I was doing then he tried arresting me so I shot and killed him, my allies I believe killed the magistrate after that. I go AFK and I come back permanently banned. I personally don't think I should be permabanned even though I do have a big record of bans/notes because recently I have actually been trying to change the way I play the server and this can be proven by my DMs/Logs on my crime character trading drugs and making money. I was not kill baiting at all, all we wanted to do was kill the magistrate due to him snitching on us but then Lewis Brown came along and attempted an arrest on me midway executing the kill. I didn't want to kill Lewis Brown but he did try and arrest me and I had like 2 guns to do the murder.

It wasn't meant to be a PK kill we were just going to kill him for snitching because I don't really think it's fair for him to get PKed for something insignificant we did to him

Oi, it's me Kash. Regarding the Magistrate, the PK was going to be denied either way, due to the fact that Hugh said, (which rem witnessed) "I'm gonna deny it because this is your minge character and I think you're mass mugging so quit." (I had not mugged for over a week, so Hugh was making blatant, biased assumptions.) I think Metrail should be unbanned because we all three knew he was snitching, and at some point while I was standing at the locked PD door, he came to the door and said, "That's the fat black dude who mugged me, arrest him!" Which I did have a clip for but was corrupted. I think Metrail did nothing wrong as we were avoiding be arrested and tried for theft and murder, since we did kill the Chief Judge he was with.

I also might add that Government shouldn't think they are untouchable, during the mug as I let him go I told him not to snitch or I'd kill him, and then he said... "Fuck you I'm going to PD to snitch!" In a mingey, FailRP way. The Magistrate was being a child the entire time, hence why we were all trying to PK him.

Also I had seen you about that day you were just being stupid. You had your wide PAC on and was just messing with everyone.

Plus I can guarantee you he was and he even told the police that I was the guy, might not have it on clip but it’s common sense, a Magistrate goes to the PD not even 3 minutes after being mugged. What else would he be there for?
