+1 These guys know what their doing and wont get removed in the first week like half the factions that apply. Also I know that these guys know how to RP from older MP and Typhon. Cant wait to see these guys again.

+1 I remember the Cali cartel they are a good example of what a cartel should be unlike others from what I remember from old mp the Cali cartel where there and was a prominent faction also the Colombian aspect brings some good RP into the faction aswell

-1 this cartel failed more than 3 times thought the mafia rp servers in still has the same leadership who understand nothing about rp or cartels. They would not suit the servers i say go back to mobster paradise where u can minge and run a cartel knowing nothing about it. . Its stupid and retarded!
