+1 Good faction application, this faction has been through generations of Mafia Roleplay servers and has never been known to be mingey and so on. This faction idea is really good.

+1 On all the old MafiaRP servers Cali Cartel was known for its rp and backstory, it would be very dissapointing not seeing this faction become implemented in the server.
