I also think from the comments you're more interested in making money rather than the actual roleplay, which kinda shows in your backstory, also.

Faction owner really shouldn't be applying for a faction with low playtime like that. Neither should his intents be "to get shipments". Then also reply in a passive aggressive way when his hours are brought up.
If your intensions are to get money then just join a faction the only difference between being the don and being in one is paying kickups and being bossed around. Silly to make a faction for the reasoning of "getting money"
