You told me to shut up and roleplay rather than discuss the validty of the ban that I called you there for so I told you to call another staff member to explain the rules to you. I said "call a real staff member" sure it was insulting and I wouldn't do it again, but your ban was so unbelievably ridiculous and was the only reason I was still in police custody so I was pissed off. You interfered with my roleplay by banning my friend which was going to result in my 6.5k gun being confiscated for not being licensed. I spent quite a while saving up for that gun so yeah I was pissed off.

I told him to give me a minute to continue filing tickets,  I was still demanding a sit because my friend was still unjustly banned and that was the only reason I was in that "scene" to begin with. I didn't talk shit to you beyond telling you to get another staff member involved in a non insulting way.

This literally did not happen. you disapeared the second you ungagged me so obviously I couldn't have been screaming at you. the logs show I began discussing a plea deal with the cop after being ungagged. I also asked him for a lawyer. In addition I asked whether or not part of my plea deal could involve returning to an ATM to store items he was planning confinscating and arguing over whether or not I sucked his cock, all of this is in character. you are lying. The closest I came to going OOC was a 2 sentence back and forth over whether or not I would even be in jail if my friend wasn't banned (this was part of the plea deal/atm discussion, its a fair point to consider whether or not I should lose a gun that took me nearly an hour to get over dubious circumstances, if you don't want this to happen don't ban him mid RP)

This all happened before my gagging and the reasoning for why we didn't just do that was It made 0 sense to type up a ban appeal for a 24 hour ban when on most servers such a appeal takes at least 12 hours (almost always more than 24) to be resolved, especially when the reason said he was banned for RDM and it would take 30 seconds for someone to tell you that its not RDM if we are in the same faction and he has my f3. At the time we didn't realize that part of your arguement was that he did it infront of the PD/Witnesses, maybe had you taken us to a sit this could've been delt with rather than banning us both without either of us getting a sit. to answer those arguements, no officers in the PD responded to the shots so obviously we weren't close enough for that to affect RP and every other witness was telling the officer not to arrest me so it wouldn't be wildly out of RP to shoot the officer in front of those people.

again the only reason I was in that "scene" to begin with is because you instabanned my friend mid RP, you cannot isolate one ban from the other because of this. Every circumstance surrounding my ban was created my you falsely banning my friend, everything that you claim was out of character involved me trying to get my friends ban resolved (and even arguing in character over whether or not I sucked his dick, this is literally in character because its what I was arrested for).

Yes a group of 4-6 people were making fun of a cop in good humor for being a cop, if anything being as nice as we were is the only reason you could claim it wasn't RP, a bunch of criminals insulting a cop isn't minging and is completely believable IRL. Either way, I didn't "rape him" I told him to unbuckle his pants, sure it wasn't in character thing and was deserving of a warn at most but it also didn't break the law so the arrest was bullshit.

you started off this post with "I also never claimed your tickets.", looks like the first line was yet another lie. and as far as I remember I was saying telling him to unbuckle his pants was what I was screaming about, I could be misremembering because I don't remember every word I said but I'm pretty sure this is lie #3.

This line is a good example of how condescending he was being throughout the entire incident and why I was justified in seeking another staff member's opinion.

He was part of the initial group "harassing" (talking to) the cop, and was walking opposite to us on the street during the perp walk on the way to the ATM, being in the same room had nothing to do with his knowledge of the arrest and where we were, you are being dishonest by leaving this out, continuing your pattern of unprofessionalism and are boarderline lying for a 4th time. saying it was 20 minutes is a gross exageration, it was like 2-3 minutes, 7-8 at the very most, if we had been doing that for anywhere near 20 minutes you absolutely should've interfered and warned us. If we were doing that for anywhere close to even 15 minutes and you didn't tell us to stop that would be another reason why you mishandled this situation from start to finish.

Jesus christ, everyone on the server does joky roasts, if it was such a problem why didn't you interfere then and warn us. his arrest wasn't him "defending himself" from light hearted jokes, I obviously didn't intend to get arrested based on my reaction. at worst I joined in on a light hearted arguement, you should've warned us if it was a problem.
