Reason for PK: “Starting a violent interaction with law enforcement, during which I was killed.
Why should you be unPK'd?:
I did not initiate the violent interaction. I was being chased by a police car, and then several others came and tried to box me in near the 7/11. A shot was popped off and it hit my car so I got out and shot back at the law enforcement. I did not fire first.
As I did not start the violent interaction, I do not believe the PK was justified and as a result I am appealing it.
Unfortunately I do not have a clip as I do not record my gameplay (My laptop barely gets 25fps and recording would just make it worse).

Hello, I was the admin that administered the PK to your character. You were in a police chase that involved several officers fully surrounding you which puts you under FearRP as you were completely boxed in and unable to move. Most of these officers had their weapons aimed at you, and in response you get out and shoot first, using a Mauser M712 and I double-checked logs to confirm this. No stray bullet hit you, you weren't shot at first by police, and the damage you took beforehand was administered by colliding with other objects with your vehicle. At this point after being shown the clip, the PK was valid, as you administered no attempt to follow the officer's commands and took matters into your own hand, and risked your life.
And adding you were previously PKed a couple of days ago and used the same name for both characters, which is a violation of character rules...
