Small private island or personal yacht

the sea is vast and empty, I think we can make good use out of it by adding small inhabitable private islands (like a very small piece of terrain in the sea that has a small house/room on top of it, the house/room can be bought, locked, and base'd at) or inhabitable non-moving yachts that you can buy, lock, and base at.

Boats I could understand and would be a nice addition, but islands in the middle of the Hudson? That's just silly.

A lot of Mafias and criminal organizations own/used to own private islands, adding these private islands would fit the lore of the server.
