It does seem kinda suspicious to me that you created the Character 10/07 and 3 minutes later, you were given 50K+ from a person which I am assuming is your friend, you went and used that money to get a citron, clothes, flashlight, and restraints, and lockpiclks. You log on the next day and started mugging people. It seems like this character was creating for mugging/ stealing purposes since I have not seen any actual transactions from this character. Now, anyone who makes a mugging characters and that said character get's pk'd, they usually don't whine and appeal it but guessing that you stole really expensive valuables from players then obviously you would appeal it.

All of that information and Marzi says that it is only a mugging character. Hahahahahahaha, hilarious.

The recognition timer doesn't mean after that they cannot kill you if it is after that 20 mins, they just have 20 mins to find you which they did, and they called staff and told them about how they recognize you, but as they say, the player model and car is the only way they recognized you which according to the rules isn't one of the ways they can use to recognize someone. So the PK will be reversed due to there being no recognition.
