Reason for PK: Suicide while evading cops

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I died while handcuffed in the water being dragged by a cop who instead of calling an admin to teleport me up the ladder of the pier, kept dragging me until i sank and died. I didnt willingly commit suicide to evade cops, id rather be arrested than pk'd but this cop just kept tryna drag me up without success until i sunk and died cause i couldnt move. Kept trying to explain this to the admin but he still ruled it a PK and told me to appeal

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guideline: I asked for the admin to show me the video so i could post it here as evidence but he never posted it.

As i mentioned in the sit and as you seemingly ignored, i was fully capable of swimming while handcuffed, it wasnt until he caught up to me, tazered me, and began dragging me that i was unable to swim and ended up drowning. I did not intentionally kill myself, he spent about 5 minutes repeatedly dragging me under water until i finally drowned.

I dont see how thats relevant, i didnt expect to be drowned nor did i expect to be PK'd for it. If anyone should be calling an admin in this situation its the arresting officer to ask for a TP of the criminal up the ladder, just like when they need to get people up the sewer ladders. Whether i called an admin or not has no impact on the fact the cop got me killed and not myself, therefore making the PK null and void. Theres a lot of things that coulda been done different but it still doesnt change the fact the cop is the one who got me killed, i didnt intentionally commit suicide.
