Hey Dan. I'm not going to be -1 this because I believe that would be biased. I appreciate your concern in improving federal roleplay and LEO roleplay in general and I do agree that many reformations to Law Enforcement need to be made and that responsibility lies largely on my shoulders. You and I have had many discussions in the past about the state of the FBI and I have informed you that I am trying my absolute best to improve the conduct of my FBI agents because I believe firmly that us having a positive reputation with the public is 100% necessary for us to be able to be seen as trustable and respected. However, I do not believe that executive action from staff is necessary. Staff is always welcome to observe the actions of the FBI and keep us accountable because there is no federal government on this server. Corruption in the sense of being in the FBI solely to commit espionage or blatant criminal activity is unacceptable and is against the rules, many agents have been removed due to this. Corruption in the sense of improperly handling an investigation or not being competent enough to be professional when called to be is not something that should be punished oocly, though I do 100% agree that people who are guilty of those things have no place in Federal Law Enforcement. I became the Director of the FBI a week ago and I'm trying my absolute best to make an FBI that fits the purpose of what the FBI is actually intended for.

The Federal Bureau of Investigations is not intended to be a bunch of super cops or super detectives. The FBI is intended to provide an incentive towards criminal organizations to stay on their toes and keep their lower ranks in line. And from the perspective of someone who has been in law and government their entire time on the server I can tell you right now that though it is incredibly difficult to find quality agents that can act professionally 100% of the time, it is also 100% possible to create an FBI that fits those expectations. I cannot do this alone however, as much as I enjoy federal RP there just isn't enough content for the FBI to focus on. Staff could seriously help the FBI in terms of roleplay and offering us exclusive FBI events and investigations so our agents do not have the time of day to get extremely bored like every LEO on this server and begin looking for things that they should not be enforcing. There are problems that lie in Law Enforcement in general that need serious changes, and that takes strong willed people.

So, instead of hating on the FBI on the forms, try to understand our perspective and more importantly the perspective of those who have dedicated their time here to bettering law enforcement on this server.

I know I am not the greatest example of an LEO, I'm not the nicest person, I'm not the most professional person, but I strive to be a better leader not only for the people under my command, but for the people in Law Enforcement in general. I'm a huge asshole and a borderline minge at times but by God I am absolutely willing to work with you and take your considerations seriously, especially yours Dan.

I don't have enough toilet paper to cover my ass on this one, we have been seriously out of line with our behavior and I have to fix it. I appreciate your concerns in bettering the server and God bless you.

-1 Some of your points are good but also horribly wrong. Coming from almost all sides of roleplay being Government, Criminal and LEO I can say that FBI isn't the main problem.
Law enforcement isn't the greatest I understand but Like you said here. "They walk through the streets with guns in hand. Shotguns at that. FBI sometimes even walk through the streets with Colt Commandos in their hands." - Literally Why is there ESU rolling around in full body armour 24/7 and these massive guns. Fbi drug busts and does more faction operations. They arent as big as the NYPD yet yall shitting bricks must show how good Leeroy has it.
Most of your points are about OOC Footage and IC Footage. Also if a fed is corrupt call staff its in the rules you cannot be a corrupt federal agent. This happened to Weber he was removed for dropping drugs in front of a civ.

My Suggestion fix the NYPD. They just rehired a FDC who hasn't played in ages and somehow got his rank back even though he left around a month or two ago.
Also NYPD will have corruption no matter what its 1985 and rp.

+1 This will be balanced due to the nature of the firearms commission and the commerce put together. If the Citizens aren't able to achieve to get Class 3s or Class 2s, then that should almost be the same as the Federal Government, I think of it as more of a fair aspect and also for a PK's too it isn't really a bad idea. I think of it like this If you can PK me I should be able to PK you. I have always been on the legal side of things but this is more fun than just one sided.

The FBI is completely out of control, They consistently break the Law, enter private properties without Warrants, Arrest people for no valid reason, and act in corrupt and Unlawful ways,
Many of the current FBI agents are completely Un-Profesional and should not have the privileges and responsibility that they are entrusted with.

THIS MUST BE RESOLVED.

 I have witnessed the FBI Kill me, then meta game and arrest me 6 minutes later, making up new laws that don't exsist on the penal code. The FBI leadership needs to look into this and train there agents better.

everytime i have been a lawyer against the FBI they are consistently always shit and attempt to Meta and powergame a lot such as one of them doing /me starts recording on hidden camera
