There is a npc in town square by the stairs (not the oil one) that can sell almost any food drink or luxury item in the game and I don't belive you need to be in a faction to use it.

Honestly, it's limited to civilian/criminal factions requiring a whitelist to be approved by another member.

You can always ask a friend or a person in those factions you know to obtain the food/drinks for you.

Aside from that, find out through in-character means which faction would allow you to be whitelisted in without committing criminal/illegitimate activities.

nahy i can use it on my criminal account but not the account i want i was hoping to try and do full legit rp with no crime
