I don't doubt that you provide great RP experiences for the server but staff members are expected to maintain a level of professionalism. We are always watching, even if we do not interject, and we have been watching you. Some of the behavior you've exhibited recently suggests that you're not yet ready for moderating. We are not here to argue, nor do we wish for any excuses or explanations, we want to see improvement before we accept you onto the staff team.
