Reason for PK: item transferred but I paid for the gun.

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I understand that I should not have bought a gun on another character that I had given to my friend, and I won't do it again, I served my ban sentence of 3 days. I use the gun for roleplaying purposes with cops and other players. Didn't realize the gun was Technically item transferred. I learned my lesson I will never try anything like this ever again and will report anything like this to the admins. I love the server and always try to bring all types of roleplay to keep the server fun for other player. I completely agree with the punishment being a ban however I'm struggling to see why my main character that I've been spending 8 months now grinding and playing with should be pk'd over the one pistol. If possible I just wanted to try and seek forgiveness and one last opportunity to continue enjoying the server, the way I have been for months and I ask that you please not let my 8 months of grinding go to waste over this. thank you for reading over this and again I'm sorry for my actions.

I mean everyone makes mistakes, and I also feel if it was malicious it would've been something larger than a gun. Mickey's also a cool guy.
